The original Fancy Master Filters (FMF), just like our masks, are hand sewn in Poland. To produce them, we use carefully chosen components such as: polypropylene, melt-blown non-woven fabric and activated carbon. Do you have any questions regarding the filters? LAYER FM 1 — high-quality polypropylene nonwoven fabric produced with the spunbond technology. The highly breathable fabric also serves as a brace which provides extra support for the actual filter.
LAYER FM 2 — this layer filters particulate matter. It is able to filter a wide range of matter: PM10 (particles with a diameter less than 10 μm), PM 2.5 (particles with a diameter less than 2.5 μm) and PM 1.5 (particles with a diameter less than 1 μm).
LAYER FM 3 — this layer is equipped with a filter with activated carbon. Its structure forms an effective mechanical barrier against harmful substances such as gases or fumes.
LAYER FM 4 — high-quality polypropylene nonwoven fabric allows unobstructed air flow which also provides support for the actual filter, safe for the contact with skin.
